Evolve M1: Enable logging

Evolve M1: Enable logging

To enable logging on a M1 receiver:
  1. Exit OnStream mode
  2. From the Android TV Home screen (not the OnStream home screen)
  3. Go to the settings icon in the top right (gear icon).  
  4. From there, go the Device Preferences, then About,
  5. then all the way to the bottom option Android TV OS Build.  Click this 7 times to enable Developer Options.  
  6. Go back to the Device Preferences and down to Developer Options.  
  7. Click Developer Options,
  8. then down to USB Debugging and turn it on by selecting OK.
  9. Open OnStream app
  10. Re-enable OnStream mode
